Android System Intelligence not compatible with S21Fe?

Is Android system intelligence not compatible with S21 FE anymore?? Are all s21 fe users facing the same?

After this post I also check on my device it shows the same. By the way my device Galaxy M53

There mention they noticed it after android 13.
I think this is normal with android 13 device 🤔

It's no longer required. Uninstall it.
