Can anyone from samsung customer support share information regarding android 14 update in s21fe?

High battery drainage and heating is bothering us a lot, waiting for the update to fix the issue

Loads of people have literally cried about it here and samsung does not seem to be bothered

Pixel devices have improved in respect of heating and battery drain, after the android 14 update.
So hoping it might do the same with this device.
