I am trying to install apps on google play store... but unfortunately the app doesnt install. After dowloading the file play store shows installing and it terminates showing an error. Any solutions for this

Hi... even after the new update which was released today with january security.. the issue is same :(

Hi .. i figured out a solution for that.. just switch off the antivirus which is present in the device protectiin... then u can update or install the apps... a bit strange solution... but its working out..

How to disable this? I didn't find any toggle to switch off.

Settings - apps - show system apps - device security - ( force stop & clear data )

Yes. It worked. But I just force stopped it and clear cache. I didn't clear the data.
