Galaxy SGot my S23 Ultra . Just realised today while watching a movie on Prime Video app that it is only showing me the HD version when I play it (the movie has HDR /UHD versions on the main page).
Tried clearing data and cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing seems to work.
My display is set at maximum resolution (WQHD+).
I distinctly remember being able to play HDR videos on my previous Samsung devices.
Any ideas or suggestions? I am from India and living in Qatar if that helps.
Update: I took it up with Amazon customer service and they didn't have a solution. They have raised a ticket and will update me once the issue is resolved.
But not

Galaxy SPrime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD content and 5 Mbps for HD content.
Could you please check that your internet speed is sufficient?
