Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This can help refresh your phone's Bluetooth connections.

Restart Devices: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Try restarting both your AirPods and your Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus.

Check for Software Updates: Ensure that both your phone and AirPods are running the latest software updates.

Clear Bluetooth Cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache. This can help resolve any issues caused by corrupted cache.

Unpair and Re-pair: Unpair your AirPods from any other devices they might be connected to, then try pairing them again with your S23 Plus.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be worth reaching out to Samsung support for further assistance.

If you are facing an issue to connect Buds to Bluetooth, please check the following:

- Check if the the Buds could be connected to other phones.
- Check if other devices could be connected to your phone.
- Try to reset the Bluetooth:
Settings > Apps > Click the 3 dots in the top right corner and select All System Apps.> Scroll and tap on the Bluetooth app > Stop your device's Bluetooth app by tapping Force Stop > Next tap Clear Cache.
- Move the earbuds and connected device away from Wi-Fi routers or running microwaves. Make sure there's an uninterrupted path for the signal between earbuds and the connected device.
- Put the buds back in the case and close the lid. Wait for the light on the case to go out, about 7 seconds, and then try to connect the earbuds again.
- Charge the earbuds for at least 30 minutes.
