Iam a loyal fan of samsung galaxy mobile from last 15 years..iam using rightnow galaxy s23 ultra i received software update on 14th of January 2025 before 4 days of this post..I update my mobile official software from phone's setting software update..when phone restart 3 whilte colour line appeared on my display 1 line is on top of the phone where network symbol shows,that is half of display 2nd line is appeared middle of the phone and 3rd line is on bottom of my phone,iam very disappointed by this update I went to service center and they refused to change it at free of cost,because my mobile is out of warranty recently..they told me that they have no any update received from samsung to change display in like this situation..this is my humble request to samsung india please resolved this issue by changeing the display without any cost..i feels that samsung is using nowadays very cheap quality display for their high end costly mobile'seventhough Apple iPhone uses very high quality of display so there no any issues like samsung and others..it's very bad ..so thinking to switch on apple.if someone who can help me kindly contact on my community reply section.thankimg of you

Okay then ask them to provide a printed quotation or Acknowledgement of Service Request. They'll charge Rs 200-300 but they'll provide it.

I did it also ..but they see the clearance of job sheet that there is no any physical damage or scratch and they call me on phone and told me they can't go beyond samsung policies..you have to pay full amount ..our display runs only 1 year ..
Sothat ₹134000 is big loss to trust on samsung mobile ..
Apple is far better quality and services than samsung..i understand after this big loss.

Did you send the email to CEO's office through Samsung's website? Cuz for my mom's M52, Samsung offered 50% discount for screen replacement. For flagships they will do it for free.

I mailed all details many time through website to CEO..but they only convencing me to we will do our best ..but did nothing..

I changed my colour theme also but that is not colour issue that is actual display issue after software update..
