Because you already leaved beta program, thats why you don't receive next beta. Now there is no other option except to downgrade your phone software to stable oneui7. When stable oneui8 will available you will get it through FOTA but you have to downgrade now before stable release otherwise you will stuck in beta for long time.

Yes you can install stable update when release. But i am saying that if you leave beta program now and you will not downgrade to oneui7 now, then when stable will release you will not get it. You will stuck on beta for ling time. You will have to wait so long after stable release. So best thing is now you please downgrade to oneui7 then you will get stable oneui8 when it will be provided by samsung.
