How to downgrade please help me

Install samsung smart switch app in your phone as well as laptop. Then connect your phone to laptop via usb cable. Open samsung smart switch app in laptop and connect phone. There you will see downgrade option. Just downgrade from there. Do not close internet or do not remove usb cable till 100% oneui7 installation complete.
