So whenever I open settings app.. if you try to swipe up/down in the settings app.. it doesn't register the first screen swipe/touch..
I mean if you open settings and then quickly try to go down or up it doesn't work . It won't work for the first touch but it works as usual with the second touch. Could you guys also check this is you are facing this issue.. I'm using s23.. beta 8.0 but I remember this issue was there since 6.1 I think.. at least from 7.0 it's present.
Also.. it only happens when you open settings app and then close it by going to home by the home gesture. It doesn't happen if you choose to close the settings app by the back gesture.
