About Software updates

I am using a s10+ for quite a long time I bought it from Switzerland,Region AUT,Carried Switzerland Open, But Now I live in Bangladesh. I didn't revived  any latest update.  My One Ui is 1.1 if I click on  Software updates it show your Software is up to date. Please someone help me how can I get the next update and if I force update my phone is there any problem I have to face or my sim still work ?

Download google dialer and try again.
Sometimes it doesn't work with samsung phone dialer

Then you have only one option,
To flash the BNG firmware via odin.

Yes, i have flashed other country firmwares many times on multiple devices, never had any problem.

your device can be dead by flashing the BNG firmware,

better contact Samsung customer support in your country, or try updating your 0hone via smart switch pc

just a genuine advice, don't flash firmware other than the country's firmware your device came with your device can be bricked, and yeah don't dial those codes without any knowledge.. half knowledge is dangerous
