This is an effort to assemble all green line issue customers under one thread. 

All who have been affected by the green line issue, PLEASE POST YOUR ISSUE ONCE AGAIN in this Thread.

This will help us represent the issue collectively.

I request you guys also to keep trying by way mails and calls and all options. Tell them about this page as proof.

May be they won't respond to any of our efforts. But let's try in a ways possible until we get a reasonable solution.

Each and every one of you, pls mail and call Samsung frequently to stress upon this issue.
My mail is as follows:

Hi Mr .Kishore and Samsung,

You have been rejecting my request for some kind of support from Samsung for my screen replacement after my screen developed a sudden single green line out of nowhere.

The major reason for rejection is as under:
Usage/ impact damage issue.

I have tried and literally cried to Mr.kishore trying to explain the fact that my phone's display failure is not due to impact damage. I have also been trying to make him understand that there are lots and lots of users who are suffering from same problem in recent 2 months. I have also shared screenshots of so many similar cases. But, all that he had to say was impact damage only. He has been repeating this again and again even after service centre sends report that this is TECHNICAL ISSUE.

He had totally closed his ears and eyes to the proofs and facts I have been presenting to him and made me look like a fool. This had created mental agony and frustration where in am starting to have depression.

Nevertheless, since I couldn't spend Rs.19.5k for the display replacement, I had no other choice other than to assemble users with similar issues under one umbrella page in Samsung members app. This intention of this activity is to prove Samsung a point which Samsung already knows and pretends to not know. What else can we do other than trying to convince Samsung once again.

Now there are so many users reporting this similar problem and Samsung has been rejecting all their requests individually. Now that we all know that this is definitely and completely an issue with Samsung, we are trying to make Samsung understand a fact which samung pretends to not understand.

Yesterday, I have also shared a video by a tech youtuber wherein he has spoken on our behalf.

Dear Samsung, the world is watching and everyone and every issue has a threshold level. Please realize this and provide us with an amicable solution. Until we get a reasonable solution, we will try to create awareness about this and garner support from every corner. Pls understand that your reputation is at stake. More and more youtubers will start talking about this.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances wherein am unable to continue to support this page due to display black out of my phone or due to Samsung blocking me, people, pls assemble all users reporting this issue to this page and represent collectively. Already we have good number of people responding and representing in this group. Make use of this group in all your communications with Samsung. Stress upon the fact that this a collective issue because of Samsung and not user. Keep going guys.

Im using Samsung S20.i was havin this screen burning issue and the service people replaced the display under warranty..and just after 6 months the display turned completely white-green and the screen started flickering while i was on call.By the time my phone was already out of warranty and the service people told the display would cost 16k.They also told the display only has 3 months warranty after replacement. My phone still looks brand new.Not even a single scratch cannot be found and still this is the situation.This isn't fair at all.I spent 57,500 for purchasing this phone and i have to pay another 16k.What if i replace the screen and the same issue appears again after 3 months. Should i keep spending money for this again and again?..I tried talking to the customer service but they keep on saying that the device is out of warranty and nothing cannot be done.The thing is it is utter foolishness to change its display for 16k as the second hand market for S20 is just 23-30k. Because of this reason im no longer using my S20.I kept it back in the box and im using an S8 which my friend gave me.

There is a vertical green line on my samsung s10's display.i have never dropped the phone.the device's software is up to date. I tried switching to safe mode but the issue still persists.what could be the problem?

I got a green line on my NOTE 20 ULTRA after the update and contacted customer care, according to their policy after the warranty expires we are responsible for the issues even if they are caused by them.
They even quoted me 25K to get it repaired.
