AI feature of image generation in my new S24 ultra not working

I have purchased new S24 ultra on 17 Mar 2024. While using it, I was trying the AI feature of image generation but it's not working. I tried multiple times on multiple photos but every time I got message on screen that "Couldn't complete, try again later". 

I request Samsung to help me to resolve the issue at the earliest. Otherwise, it's waste of 1.5 lakh rupees.

I was a very loyal customer of Samsung for the last 12 years. But now I'm very disappointed by S24 ultra. I purchased it on 17 Mar 24. It was hardly one week since I'm using it, and honestly, it was a total scam to sell this phone on the name of AI. AI image generation is totally **bleep**. It's not working. I felt ashamed in front of my friends when I was showing these features. It didn't work. I posted my grievance in this forum earlier also but to date, I haven't gotten any response from the Samsung representative. I regret that I wasted my 1.3 lakh rupees on this phone. And one more thing I want to tell to those customers who are planning to purchase it. Pls don't go by its reviews on YouTube. I had also seen lots of reviews before purchasing it. Now, I realise it's a total scam. All YouTube reviews are paid reviews. I'm just pished off. Now, I regret that I should go for an Apple iPhone 15 at this price. Samsung, today you have lost a very loyal customer. Thank you so much.
