5GHz wifi issue in S10

I have a dual band wifi router at my home. My S10 can easily connect to 2.4GHz (obviously), 

But my s10 can't detect the 5GHz network. My friend has an iPhone 10 , 5GHz is visible in his phone,  also laptops get connected to 5GHz, but my s10 cant even detect the 5GHz. What's the solution?

iphone 10 can connect to 5g speed wifi but it will convert it to the speed of 4g

I am talking about GHz , not G ,, both are different things
