45 watt Charging issue

Any one facing slow charging issue on s23 ultra.. My phone full charges around 1hr 20 mins which is not as fast as claim

Because 45 watt overheats the phone.

For the 45 W charger to work it's charm and charge fast, the phone needs to be cool and generally in the hot weather of India, the phone just heats up, so it slows the charging...
