I am a user of snapdragon version of S21 FE ( 256 GB/ 8GB VARIANT). After prolonged usage i have found following tips to manage over heating issues & battery issues in S21 FE more efficiently

1.) If your device is totally new, it is normal for a compact phone to get a bit warm because device is being Set up in this period.

2.) After completion of Device Set up, Samsung smart algorithm will track your usage pattern afterwards your device will not become as warm as earlier.

3.) For normal usage, use standard refresh rate rather than high refresh rate.

4.) Always play media in 1 volume less than maximum value.

5.) If available, Use internet through WI-FI rather than 4G OR 5G.

6.) If there is not a drastic difference among 4G and 5G speed in your area, then prefer to use 4G rather than 5G.

7.) While using internet through WI-FI or in 4G mode, always keep Battery Saver On.

8.) Always keep your phone & apps updated.

9.) Regularly monitor Device & Battery Health.

10) Make sure that only those apps are running which are currently in use, hence close those apps which you are not in current use.

11.) Use Swipe Gestures from both Sides( Navigation Setting) rather than arrow one. Turn off vibration on touching screen or while typing something.

12.) Install authentic Apps from Play Store & Samsung Galaxy Store only.

13.) Use a light & Silicone based cover which must allow some heat to pass from device.

14.)While charging, don't play or use any graphic intensive apps or games.

15.) Last not but least, USE ONLY ORIGINAL SAMSUNG 25 WATT charger to charge battery of this device.

Hope, following tips would be helpful to other users of S21 FE USERS( ESPECIALLY SNAPDRAGON VERSION).

I don't agree with some points...

3.) Why would I spend my money for 120Hz and I am not able to use 120Hz ? They should fix this 😑
.
5.) WiFi eats more battery for me ... so I don't use WiFi all the time.
.
7.) Keeping Battery Saver ON will reduce the performance... 😑. Use this only when battery is needed for longer time like while traveling.
.
8.) Na ... not necessary... From my experience, new updates bring more issues. Update only when necessary and if there is some new feature of your use.
.
10.) Na ... keeping some frequently used apps running is good. Like I always keep WhatsApp, Youtoob, Chrome and Gallery on open on RAM. It makes app opening fast and gives less load on CPU.
.
13.) Simply remove cover when device heats. Even light cover acts as insulator.

I literally disagree with most things, why would you pay for a premium phone and not use high refresh rates and other premium features like 5g.
Having said that my exynos version used to heat alot during the first month of use now it's pretty stable when comes to heating, it gets warm sometimes but never heats in normal day to day tasks.
I get an SOT of 6 hours (85 t0 20) when using wifi, and this SOT reduces to 3-4 hours when using 5g.
