We'd request you to follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Check physical condition of your camera lens.
1. Broken camera lens.
2. Scratchy camera lens.

Note: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

Reset camera settings:

Step1: From the home screen tap on Camera.
Step2: Tap on Settings.
Step3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings.
Step4: Tap on Reset.

Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Samsung does it everytime a new phone is being released, S24 is getting released on 17th so samsung deliberately released a buggy update that compels you to buy s24😂.
Wait for next update it will get fixed,meantime just deal with it

I can surely tell by my experience, my S21 FE is not capable of showing that much details in moon as they used to show.
Now they are showing the real.. earlier they were manipulating the moon. I myself have seen that. Many brands were found to this in past until it got noticed and came in news. You can check on youtube or reddit may have proved this.
