Galaxy S
Recently, I changed my S10 plus phone's battery at Authorize service centre.
They changed the battery and also updated some settings.
After having this phone from them, right after next day. The signals takes 20-25 min to appear after inserting Sim to the slot.
And the upper part (1-1.5cms) of screen is getting unresponsive.
I believe they have forced pushed an update to this phone and due to incompatibility the screen and signals issue are coming up.
Currently, this phone has been running on "One UI 4.1" with "Android version 12".
On saying this to service centre, these guys are blaming me for this issue and I gotta bear the cost whatever will come in this fix.
Please help, if there is any new update that could cause this bug.
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards.

Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As you have already visited the service centre and they have guided you through the information regarding the part replacement after the physical inspection of your device. So, we would suggest you to kindly coordinate with the service team for further assistance.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
