yellow screen error

Hi 

I am using note 9 from past 2 years and recently I have encountered yellow screen issue twice. Phone screen shows discoloration suddenly. First time I got it sorted by restarting the device. But it again happened today and am unable to resolve the issue after restarting it. I have turned off auto brightness option and adjusted the brightness to full so that i can use the phone. But the actual problem is still there and full brightness is causing battery drainage and of course its hurting eyes also.

If anyone can please help me out with this. I searched Google and found that many users are facing similar problem.

bro not only you..most of every note 9 users facing same ....visit service center is only way as most of all did same

see bro .. already 13 vulnerability and 2 critical issue present in samsung own software in note 9 ... and if someone simply update the software by mobile data or wifi which is not process or recommended then it's bringing software loop hole over it and creating issues....even most of device display already changed even not solved by re flash firmware.... one and only proper and recommended method of software installation in samsung device are to flash that firmware by Odin or through samsung service center or install software via smart switch otherwise simply mobile data or wifi creates various types of issues it's because samsung provides non A/B partition type Ota software not like other companies....and most of all devices turned into yellow or green just after software installation by totally wrong process

mobile data or wifi not create problems all times during software installation but maximum time it can if that network fluctuate a little then it gives incomplete software installation because it's not the process ...if by chance some file missed then it may create serious problems in devices

once please visit service center then flash software from them...then see what is happening

as it is a matter of physical inspection

ok but considering covid situation am not sure about this option, thanks though. I thought it was due to software update.
