Please perform the following steps:
>Clear the data from Google play store (Setting>> Application >>Google play store>>clear data).
>Clear the data from Download manger (Setting>> Application >> tap on 3 dots>>system apps>>Download manager>>clear data).
>Check by removing the Primary Gmail ID (Google ID) and re-configuring it.
