Even my Note 10 Plus is not working properly after updating One UI 2.0 beta version. Many Problem are there such as touch sensitivity touch doesn't work properly on edge side of the screen.... And battery capacity is too low ...
>Clear the data from Google play store (Setting>> Application >>Google play store>>clear data).
>Clear the data from Download manger (Setting>> Application >> tap on 3 dots>>system apps>>Download manager>>clear data).
>Check by removing the Primary Gmail ID (Google ID) and re-configuring it.
