touch issue

Hi
anyone facing touch issue on top portion of the note 8 after last security update. that also with screen guard only. after last update I can't use screen guard. top portion touch not working if in use screen guard. if I removed it everything fine. but before this update I used these guard without any issue. I tried 3 screen guard all shows the same problem. pls reply

I am going to visit service centre tomorrow. I will update after that. can u tell me in which portion of the screen u are facing issue
