sync keep turning on itself

Sync just keep turning itself on.... note 10 plus .... couldn't find the setting so it stays off permanently.

Turn off your account sync especially mail and other similar activities..

It may be the Samsung servers which are slow and this too creates syncing issues.

Bro, open your backup accounts and manually turn off sync for all items..especially your mail account (like Gmail or any other)..also game launcher sync..contacts sync..plus check recently installed apps(permissions)..In my device am not facing this issue from day1..

I kept my Gmail account auto sync off..plus Google photos sync off..no contacts sync from different accounts..plus also check samsung health sync option..

I've manually turned off sync for every single app.

Craziest part is it will "sometimes" even turn on when I swipe down to get to the top menu. Otherwise it just turns on randomly. 😡
