sensor problems with note 10 lite

Yesterday I got my Samsung galaxy note 10 lite and I've been having fingerprint and face lock problems ever since. The fingerprint sensors and the face lock don't work almost the times which is pretty much annoying. Please look into this. If so, give me some tips to resolve this issue.

Register again with all sides of your fingers and add same finger 1-2 times ,for better result and lets see

Try to update to latest 3.1 via Smartswitch.
Also as @Ehsank said register same finger twice.

But still both Fingerprint and face unlock in Note 10 Lite do not work well. Major issue which hasn't improved much since launch.

After facing the same problem for a few days.. Not a real solution.... But I got to know the reason behind slow/irresponsive fingerprint(FP) sensor.

If you look closely reflecting sunlight on your display's FP sensor.. you'll notice there are already some FP marks. wipe that area clean and the FP works like Charm.

Solution?

Maybe a Screen Gaurd that doesn't catch FPs easily.
