There is no one to look after that as well.

Technical guys are very difficult to reach out.

And over all no help.

best policy to solve your device problem is to share your problem with us....or download Samsung smart tutor and tell customers service executives to connect with your device by using smart tutor and solve the problem if possible

that's why I will never buy a Samsung brick .pathetic customer care and and even more useless service centres. and Samsung think's that it cares for it's customers. in fact Samsung scares it's customer.
