Galaxy NoteHi there,
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Reset the settings via- Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.
2- Reset the s pen via- Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the S Pen remote settings screen and tap on 3 dots → Reset S Pen.
3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
