regarding updates

Hi guys,

I am using Samsung note 10 +.I registered in android 10 beta version.Last update I received on 18th dec 2019.From then I didn't receive any updates.I went to service centre they said there are no updates and even I contacted online Samsung service center even they said the same.

Here in Samsung members some people are saying they received February security patch. Is anyone facing the same problem. 

Please help me regarding this.

Do Not Worry Just visit service center and tell them to update the existing software by them and as soon they will update you will get the Feb patch update

We would like to inform you that you can update the device software with the help of smart switch application. Please follow the below mentioned steps and check updating the software again:

• Kindly install smart switch application from Play store or Galaxy application in your device.
• Kindly install Smart Switch software in your PC from the below link:

• Connect your device to PC with the help of USB cable and try to update the software.

If still you are facing same issue please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
