"Connected without Internet" on Samsung Galaxy Note 10

Here are a few notes about this: 

-Only happens when I'm connected to my home WiFi 

-Doesn't happen to other devices that are connected to the same WiFi 

-I have tried connecting the aforementioned phone to other routers and it works fine 

-Mostly happens when I'm on a Whatsapp call, watching YouTube, Twitter or Instagram videos.

 

Here is what I tried so far to solve this issue: 

 

-Resetting network settings 

-Restarting both the router and the phone multiple times, including a factory reset of the latter

-Changing from dynamic IP to static IP by changing DNS1 and DNS2 to 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1) Forget the Network: Go to apps screen >Settings >Connections > Wi-Fi >Wi-Fi network >Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

try turning off the s pen air action option, wifi connectivity issue will resolve. plz share your experience with this fix

Thank you! it was driving me nuts, turning off S Pen Air Actions fixed this issue!
