Hi 

I recently bought a second hand note 10+.

Now when I want to update the samsung weather app it says "no internet conection" although I am connected to internet and all apps works fine. And also when I want to sync samsung emails it does not  sync my emails. On the otherhand when I turn on the VPN these app start to work and update.

Let me now if there is any solution

It's related to samsung server issue. Might be it's clear soon

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
