quick camera launch on note 8

please can anybody tell whether double press of lock button opens camera on note 8???

Indian variant of Note 8 doesn't have the camera shortcut enabled as per the Government regulations which requires phones to have an emergency mode, which is mapped to triple press of lock button on S8 and Note8.

If you use Always on display, you can enable double tap on home button to quick launch camera.
