quick launch camera

I can't see the quick launch camera button option in my note 9. It's lose many moments to taken. Please help me to solve this.

Quick launch camera on the Galaxy Note 9

Step 1: Open the Settings app and then go into the Lock screen menu.Step 2: Access the Always On Display menu and scroll down to the Content to Show section. ...Step 3: Then, tap Double tap Home button and then select the Quick launch camera option.

it's very helpful to launch camera very quickly. so please add the option to every phone.
