Active Level 2
I have been using Note 9 since Sept 2018 when it came out. It's not even 1 year old yet and still it's battery have fallen down significantly. I need to charge it twice a day with moderate usage and battery is pathetic past 2 months. Tried formating, running in safe mode or any failed app anysis.


How do I fix this?

Have you done automatic checks under "get help" in Samsung members app? If it doesn't help,
since the device is still under warranty better get it checked at nearby service centre.

I have done these checks also at svc they ask to keep the phone for 2 3 days. As this is my primary device its not possible to give for 2 3 days

Note series phones should come with bigger batteries 😔
