New battery diagnosed as "Weak"

I replaced a new battery for my Note 20 ultra in a Samsung Authorised service center since earlier phone diagnostics showed that battery health is weak and needs replacement . Even after replacement yesterday, when I use diagnostics to check battery life, it still shows "Weak - Action required". Is this a calculation/Software issue or did my service center provide poor quality/ Old battery?
