note 9 battery after UPDATE UI2

Too worst after update ui 2 note 9 battery back up 

Before pie 9 ..screen on time 6 to 7 hrs 

Now update 10 ui 2 ..screen on time its come under 4 hrs

Please rectify Samsung thank you

i am not sure how many times I have opened ticket with samsung and discussed the same in this forum. samsung typical reply, nothing found in logs. cant help it. my phone is 4 months old. went with note since my ussge is heavy and thought 4000 mah would atleast give me 5 hrs. lost all hope. thinking of switching to m series or may be some other vendor just bcoz of battery.

u have to do just factory reset your device..and on tap on view of always on display instead of continue view...

do what i said..after let me know status of your battery

I factory reseted and same tap to view in always on display but battery back up sot only max 4 hours and sleeping time around 8hours it's take 3 to 4 %

hi guys , does my battery statics are good, as even after changing the battery with a new battery from authorized service center , i am still getting 3 4 % , battery down in 20 minutes
