1)my battery doesn't charge above 65%. 2) phone shuts down automatically when it reaches below 20% battery 3) it drains so fast. even on the extreme power save mode, it doesn't even last for 3 hours 4) all software upto date n tried safe mode n hard reset but no luck
Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
bro i give u solution..you device was not handel the updates so much..so i give you suggestion to install stock rom in your device of previous version..because if we install original firmware then our device work perfectly...
same issue with my note 4 battery drain fast and if i open any application or snapchat phone shutdown and when i plug in it show 40% batter level and also it keeps on updating software even if you have done recently
