On 25th August I purchased note 20 ultra I am entitled for the 10000 Rs coupon today in samsung shop in the "FOR YOU SECTION " I entered my IMEI no and got otp and after entering otp it is showing this offer is only available for note 20 ultra buyers pls help as it is frustrating spending 100000 and getting this type of glitches and no customer service is highly condemnable.

Samsung customer care people only knows wait for 24hr or 48hr lol dam we paid 1 lac and pre-booked not to wait for this shits look out us UK shops they make instant 150 credits
