note 10 plus battery

Note 10 plus shows screen on time of 3+ hours in  100-60 % ie in 40% but in remaining 60% it just last for screen on time of 1 hour hardly and gets dead in nearly about 4 hours , what could be the problem and what can be done to solve it 

It's a Exynos 512 gb variant .

so u saying I should factory reset the device again and then update it with Samsung smart switch ??

No no, Just update it with Smart Switch. That won't delete your data. And if you reset your phone after updating and set it up again that will be great.

ok and what if there is no software update available for device when I plug in the device to smart switch ? because my phone is running on Feb patch .
