note 10 plus battery

Note 10 plus shows screen on time of 3+ hours in  100-60 % ie in 40% but in remaining 60% it just last for screen on time of 1 hour hardly and gets dead in nearly about 4 hours , what could be the problem and what can be done to solve it 

It's a Exynos 512 gb variant .

Goto Members app> Get Help > Phone Care > Interactive Checks.. There select Battery .

Then it seems everything is fine. Try Resetting your phone and see if the problem is solved.

I have done that I factory reseted the phone 2 days before but the problem is still the same
