Galaxy NoteI have a problem with samsung note 20 N981N, It not create passcode or Pin....., only use Swipe to unlock. It show "Screen lock was already changed. Try again with the new screen lock" after that I hard reset my phone. Then I try with old pass or new pass is failed. Can you help me online to reset my phone?

Galaxy Note2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the **Recovery Mode** screen appears.
3. Use the Volume Down button to scroll down to **Wipe Data/Factory Reset** and press the Power button to select it.
4. Use the Volume Down button to scroll down to **Yes** and press the Power button to select it.
5. Your phone will start resetting. This process may take a few minutes.
6. Once your phone has finished resetting, it will reboot.
* Make sure that you have backed up your data before resetting your phone

Kindly note that If the phone is not accepting creating passcodes, you should make sure that it's updated to the last software version, after that to follow the steps of creating the passcode from the settings. If the issue still exists and the phone still not accepting passcode, you should submit an error report to the technical team via Samsung members app > get help page > error reports. Choose one of the categories, and type the issue that you're facing to them, but make sure to send your device's logs.
To send the device logs, please follow the below:
Press and hold Samsung members Icon > Then tap on Error reports > Select category of your report > Make sure that "Send Log Data" is selected to help resolve your inquire > Describe your problem in details > Change the frequency to whatever you prefer > Then send it.
