issue in note 9 camera

In my note9 when i zoom in and zoom out vibration sound is coming and picture is blurry with out focus.

ask the Samsung I am not very clear about it as I never used the note 9 . but my friend uses the note 9 he never faced it but I am not so sure that is covered under warranty or not .
