How do I submit a product idea to samsung?

When you zoom in using the camera on a Note9 it vibrates and the picture becomes fuzzy. Seems like a knows issue for many across the world. I checked with the service and they said they need to open and change the camera module which I'm not ok with....

I have a Note 9 with Gear VR 325 with controller. It was working fine but lately I've been having trouble connecting the gear vr controller to the phone. Have tried unpairing. Any other ideas?
