note 9 camera vibrates on zoom

When you zoom in using the camera on a Note9 it vibrates and the picture becomes fuzzy. Seems like a knows issue for many across the world. I checked with the service and they said they need to open and change the camera module which I'm not ok with. They say qos and IP68 checks will be done. But it still wont be as new. Also, I will loose the expensive whitestone dome glass which I imported. Have asked for a replacement unit. Let's wait and see what Samsung will do.

happened to me...and i replaced the camera ..its good as new

did they charge.. how is the mobiles ip68?

it was free of cost and they did applied the seal to ensure the water and dust resistence...dont worry you will get the phone as good as new

in my case the service center ordered the part and it tool 3 days to come...then they called me to bring my device and took less than an hour to replace the camera...they applied the seal and put the device in a machine to dry the seal and make the phone ip68

I denied opening and have asked for a replacement. cause one reason being ip68 other are my expensive whitestone dome glass screen protector and camera lens protector.

so samsung issued coupons for the same value with which I picked up a new Note9. Hope the issue doesnt reoccur on this one :)
