in my note 9 am facing a problem displaying blinking while using power button

While using power button for screen lock displays is blinking can't able to use mobile what to do any idea. In series center they are telling to change display (16000)

better to visit service centre, and if they said it then no other option or help you will get remotely if you don't want to pay that much amount then only way is to local repair shop and obviously they will not use original display
