heating problem Samsung note10

My Samsung Galaxy Note 10 gets very hot when I use any app connected to the internet. Mostly while browsing internet or playing PUBG game I am very upset plz help to get relief from this problem

its normal for phones to heat up these days but the only problem is exynos processor which samsung sells in uk and india does heat up slightly more in comparison to snapdragon processors
