Sir I purchased mobile in Amazon on 4 th April Received 11 April to home After 15 days using mobile get heating issue And facing mobile screen freezing, hacking. I called both customer care Amazon and Samsung care. They advice to take the phone coustomer service center. Due to lock down past 28 days was locked . Today taken to service center and I asked for replace the mobile because new mobile getting all problem . They said sorry the policy was finished. Ur day was barred to replace mobile due to lock down. Give any give service only. And raise the complaint to Samsung customer care. I am give many call to customer care. But no response. For us lockdown meaning to customer from Samsung ur date barred. Kindly looking feedback for this mobile. Model Samsung note 10 lite Customer name : MD imran - Indian Samsung acknowledgedmment of service request Bill no 4326144513 Kindly give feedback as soon as possible.
