having a battery problem

hi, this is Ravi I have Samsung galaxy note and having a serious issue with the device the phone's battery gets down very fast and whenever I put it on charging the phone's body get really very heated.I am afraid when I leave it on charging once the phone got completely switched off automatically.i need to fix the problem

my mobile Samsung s8 plus while playing games first time it hangs for 15 minutes and than becomes normal

pls checking device care and righ up side 3dot options put and 2nd options in the auto restart option off your handset is switch off problem is solved.
