Note 20 ultra battery drainage, poor camera and fingerprint not working

Purchased the galaxy note20 ultra 2 months back and it is having the issues since then. I had reported this to service center but yet to receive any update from them.  Battery drainage is high , camera quality is very poor and fingerprint sensor not working. My brother  also had the same phone and its working perfectly for him . I think the problem is in the device itself.

You can reset the device and check as issues on my phone are fixed post resetting

Now, my device runs a full day on a single charge post 4.0 update. Earlier had to charge device twice a day

Wow..!! Thank God. It's not only me here who is having hard times thinking E990 debacle.
But unfortunately bro, I don't have any solution for this. I reset my device Several times but didn't work for me. Visited service care and their diagnosis says device is perfect. They are not listening to effected customer.

Yes ,exactly but in my case they replaced the battery and it kind of started working perfectly for few weeks but then goes to same issues

Since your phone is under warranty, you can go and check again.. as far as i know, they will change motherboard. Atleast they did something.
For mine, i don't know what kind of diagnosis they did and they say , its a good photo when a blind man can say it was foggy blurry lack sharpness and quality.

But its a brand new phone and Ideally they should be replacing it . Tried it on the first issue as well but sadly they only replaced the battery then which is unfair.
First time had such a bad experience with the samsung and that too in the flagship product

A lot of people feels the same. Coz its just the Note 20 lineup which is popular for its falls and drawbacks. E990 was the worst processor they ever made. No remedies no solution just pain.
But still your phone holds the warrenty, They can replace it and issue a new phone but if you purchased that from 3rd party online site like amazon or Flipkart then it will be a big headache to collect DU (Defective Unit) from the retailer. It is easier for showroom and shops samsung cafe to issue that letter.
