Purchased the galaxy note20 ultra 2 months back and it is having the issues since then. I had reported this to service center but yet to receive any update from them.  Battery drainage is high , camera quality is very poor and fingerprint sensor not working. My brother  also had the same phone and its working perfectly for him . I think the problem is in the device itself.

Now I think we should go for new iPhone next time
Because i don't think we get value of our smartphone,
we spent high but we didn't get powerful processor
We didn't get camera quality and
Update are slow and sometimes bugs get
This things not i letting go and i think everyone should think of this
Samsung release lot of phone but after sells they forgot users🤨

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).

Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
