How can you release a stable version without getting feedback(which is what beta program) from gulf living people?
Or you going to consider the feedbacks that you get from other region users? If you do that how it gonna be a stable version?
Samsung care already revealed that ONE UI 2 has its own complications in different regions. If those complications are right then the right way is putting beta version and hear feedback from customers.
In my opinion beta program help to build a user friendly stable version by implementing feedbacks.
I dont know how this gonna work when you straightly release a version...it would be better when you explain it here because lot of people have this doubt.
We apologize, although we have engineers working locally to ensure the provision of stable software version. Also, beta testing is limited to few countries so most countries globally does not have it.
