facing issue while charging in note 10

I'm absorving this issue from quite long time, while I plug my charger to phone and start to using it my phone behavior get completely changed, unexpected keys getting typed, while using whatsapp and scrolling it unexpected im getting to reply not only whatsapp this was happening with every application in my phone and as well as settings.

This is not new in Samsung phones, many people face this, not on all phones ofcourse, but it exists. Bettwr not use your phone while charging.

don't use your phone in charging. try in safe mode once while charging

1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket.


2. Charge the device:- Please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
If not resolved: (Removable battery) – Kindly remove the back panel of your device and check the physical condition (Bulge, Swelling or visible damage).
If the physical condition is not good: Request you to turn off the device immediately and please do not try to charge or tamper the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.
