Some reports have blue checkmark and other not but they all got the same reply. What does that checkmark mean?

it means that Samsung is mad Samsung isn't listening to us just giving robotic

It means, Samsung read it..and that's y..common answer has been generated..when they will answer your query, it will be marked as answered..like this👇

when samsung provide you some solution for your query then they mark that query with blue tick and answered written beside, otherwise they just mark blue tick when no particular solution is mentioned.
