Should i buy a phone from.

Im thinking to buy note 9 from EBAY from USA..should i buy it..

They are much cheaper than the rates in India.

Why would you buy the Note 9? Its almost at end of support. You won't get any software updates (Android updates). Better buy the Note 10+. Also note that Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass will not work, and you may not get VoLTE connectivity (not sure about this though), and most importantly, you won't get warranty.

there are many reasons to buy note 9..
camera is best in class even today..and many more features.

The Note 10+ camera is still really good and potentially better than the Note 9.

That's a valid point. The Note 10+ also has curved display but if you want notification light, then go for it.
